Western Idaho Amputee Group

Free community support group - Amputee Group for Amputees, family and friends. Activities, events, speakers, and community support for all amputees in Boise and surrounding areas.

Idaho Wheelchair Tennis Association

The IWTA has been serving Idaho since 1990 and aims to provide competitive wheelchair tennis to local athletes; both adult and children.

Recreation Unlimited

Recreation Unlimited is changing our name to Boise Adaptive Snowsport Education or BASE. This change will better reflect of what we do. BASE will facilitate winter sports opportunities for individuals with disabilities through professional ski and snowboard education in a safe environment which increases physical, social, and functional skills.

City of Boise Adaptive Recreation

Boise Parks and Recreation's Adaptive Recreation program provides a wide range of recreational, social and educational programs for youth and adults with disabilities. Individuals with disabilities can choose to participate with one of our adaptive recreation programs which are specifically designed for someone with a disability or utilize inclusion services in which modifications may be provided so that an individual with a disability can fully participate in any of Boise Parks and Recreation's programs.

The Amputee Coalition is the nation’s leading organization on limb loss, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for amputees and their families, improving patient care and preventing limb loss. With the generous support of the public, we are helping amputees live well with limb loss, raising awareness about limb loss prevention and ensuring amputees have a voice in matters affecting their ability to live full, thriving lives.
