Why Work at Coyote?
Family and independently owned for 28 years and counting, Coyote Prosthetics and Orthotics is a well-established O&P company who believes our customers are our biggest champions. We believe in empowering both our employees and our customers, bringing new innovative ideas, and always going above and beyond to be the best at what we do. Coyote currently has 3 patient care facilities throughout Idaho (Boise, Caldwell, & Twin Falls) in addition to our manufacturing and CFAB divisions. We are on a constant mission to provide the function, comfort, and outcomes we would expect for ourselves and our families through exceptional devices, techniques, products, and services. Coyote is growing and looking to onboard individuals willing to grow with us to help take us to the next level.
Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Coyote is looking for a team-oriented, ambitious, hardworking, patient outcome-focused CPO to join our team. Founded in 1994, Coyote has patient care locations in Caldwell, Boise, and Twin Falls, Idaho. We have an excellent reputation in our communities and are focused on providing the best care, service, and outcomes possible to our patients using a team approach.
Competitive salary 100k+
Additional performance-based bonus
Good healthcare and dental
401k with company matching
Large number of paid holidays
We have a solid lab team that makes excellent devices. We also have a solid admin team and assistant program to help extend the care of our CPOs. Great facilities in great places and communities to live, work, and play.
Coyote is focused on prosthetics and custom orthotics. We are not spending our time on smaller, simpler items that are frequently fit by physician assistants or should be supplied by them, including diabetic shoes. As a result, we do not have on-call and can spend our time on work that is within the scope of an experienced orthotist prosthetist.
We do not prescribe to the idea that as you get busier, the only solution is to work more. We are looking for people who are interested in and engaged in continual improvement and want to find alternative solutions and efficiencies to allow our company to grow while enabling staff to have a life.
Our clinical team can also get into an ownership position if so desired. We feel it is easier to provide outstanding care to our patients by being a small company with a team of clinical owners rather than a large company with unknown shareholders to keep happy.
