Prosthetic Orthotic Technician

The Position

Coyote Prosthetics and Orthotics is currently seeking a full-time Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician, who is a self-starter, motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing quality devices in Boise, Idaho. We currently have offices in Boise, Twin Falls, and Caldwell and are dedicated to providing a work environment that creates a happy, engaged team. We provide healthcare, retirement, profit sharing, paid vacation, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will work directly with the Lab Manager, CPO, Research & Development, and Management teams. This position cannot be remote. The candidate must be able to work in our Boise, Idaho office. All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Fabricate and repair orthotic and/or prosthetic devices, according to Company quality and quantity standards.

· Perform ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

· Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and Skills- Willing to train the right candidate.

· High school diploma or GED required

· Experience in thermoforming, laminating, and modifying preferred

· Be able to meet established turnaround times for completion of high-quality devices

· 5S experience

· ABC Orthotic/Prosthetic Technician certification or 2+ years’ experience preferred

· Mechanical ability and hand-eye coordination

· Ability to work effectively as a team member

· Good interpersonal and verbal skills for communicating with others

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Salary $45,000 + DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Medical Office Manager

Job Description

Coyote Prosthetics and Orthotics is currently seeking an experienced medical office manager for our three offices in Boise, Caldwell, and Twin Falls. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, positive, and professional that can inspire and motivate those around you.

We are currently seeking a new team member who is reliable, pleasant, motivated, and a self-starter who is dedicated to providing quality patient care in Idaho. Bi-lingual is preferred.

Compensation DOE Previous managerial experience is required. Orthotic/prosthetic medical office experience is a plus and will be compensated.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Run management reports

  • Oversee each office to make sure they are operating by company standards

  • Answer any administrative questions.

  • Ensure that all offices are ABC compliant

  • Manage Financial WIP

  • Attend weekly management meetings

  • Run the Administrative meetings

  • Back up administrators as needed

  • Back up biller when out of the office

  • Ensure that all patients are satisfied with our services

  • Ensure all patients receive their items timely.

  • Review patient satisfaction surveys and contact patients who are not satisfied.

  • Handle patient complaints and incidents

  • Report office operations to CEO and COO.

  • Based in Boise with some travel between the three offices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Great initiative and follow through

  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the patients and practice

  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills with a professional/welcoming demeanor

  • Problem solver with excellent organizational and follow-through skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and switch gears quickly

  • Willingness to help the practice grow and succeed

  • 2+ years’ experience in a professional office setting as an office manager is mandatory

  • Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Electronic medical record experience is a plus.

  • Bi-lingual a plus.

This position requires dexterity of arms, hands, and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and/or 10-key; the ability to see for the purpose of designing on the computer screen; the ability to speak clearly so others may hear and understand conversation over the phone and in-person; ability to listen and understand speech; ability to sit for extended periods of time.
