Location: Boise, Idaho 
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, only occasional Fridays) 
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in prosthetic and/or orthotic fabrication

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Fabricate prosthetic and orthotic devices with precision and care 

  • Use traditional and digital methods, including 3D printing and CAD/CAM tools 

  • Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams on product development 

  • Assist in the maintenance of tools, machinery, and workspaces 

  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and innovation 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in prosthetic and/or orthotic fabrication 

  • Strong understanding of materials, tools, and fabrication techniques 

  • Interest in learning and working with new technologies 

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team 

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about making a difference
