Job Description

Coyote is looking for a team-oriented, ambitious, hardworking, patient outcome-focused CPO to join our team. Founded in 1994, Coyote has patient care locations in Caldwell, Boise, and Twin Falls, Idaho. We have an excellent reputation in our communities and are focused on providing the best care, service, and outcomes possible to our patients using a team approach.

Competitive salary

Additional performance-based bonus

Good healthcare and dental

401k with company matching

Signing/moving bonus

Large number of paid holidays

Paid time off

We have a solid lab team that makes excellent devices. We also have a solid admin team and assistant program to help extend the care of our CPOs. Great facilities in great places and communities to live.

Coyote is focused on prosthetics and custom orthotics. We are not spending our time on smaller, simpler items that are frequently fit by physician assistants or should be supplied by them, including diabetic shoes. As a result, we do not have on-call and can spend our time on work that is within the scope of an experienced orthotist prosthetist.

We do not prescribe to the idea that as you get busier, the only solution is to work more. We are looking for people who are interested in and engaged in continual improvement and want to find alternative solutions and efficiencies to allow our company to grow while enabling staff to have a life.

Our clinical team can also get into an ownership position if so desired. We feel it is easier to provide outstanding care to our patients by being a small company with a team of clinical owners rather than a large company with unknown shareholders to keep happy.
